Dave, the old Mielke MCD tuned pipe is another one to look out for, they were cheap new so should be peanuts for a used one. Guy Hayward used one in his V4 at the last Sweetnap national.



Do you need to change the stock V4 axles/hubs for the HPI Baja ones to mount the Elcon wheels? Both you and Jason are welcome to try my Ultimate wheels/KCR (medium) multispikes at the next national. I also have a set of used (once I think) and new step studs that you can have, they are the red (hard) compound and a nightmare to get on the wheels....

Back on the pipe thing ,that track and jump was extreme for large scale ,that what bust the pipes ???  :D  normally they are fine
not even heard of an Australian breaking one  :lol: :lol: :lol:  mind they do run ceramic coated vic pipes mostly  :D

Nope, Seen one split the same way as jase's at Nene vally (No jumps there) Think Samba have changed to very thin steel.

not seen you at sweetnap for a while ?

yes you will need the baja wheel hex's , richard ran the Ultimate wheels on his v4 the weekend and they rub the rear hubs , but i dont know if he turned the top bolt round the other way

Hi guys, don't mean to hijack this thread. But I'm unable to start my own thread yet.

Couple of Q's:

A - Are the pipes for V3 and V4 same manifold lengths?

B - Anyone seen another one of these sexy VRC pipes for sale? Especially the Pro Pipe?
