First ,the flex test , remove the two rear roll cage bars ,the height/weight of the rear tower even when
bolted with an mcd 7075 lower diff case (in other words double bolted to the chassis ) makes the thin
rear end of the chassis flex a lot , the current plastic tray pushes the tower back on the lugs , and the roll
cage bars ,pull it forward ,but with the roll cage it's far from super solid .
So the Alloy tray completes an upper deck thing to the inner tower ,then the suspension pins etc firm
up the rear .
Joe and I were talking about this for some time ,and he always said ,3 Piece is the way to go ,for two
reasons ,one cost ,and the other extreme damage ,would make it easier and cheaper to fix ,mind be
surprised if even and Aussie could do one in
All in all I think it's a major step in V4
progress and the fact his stuff looks cool as well ,It just doesn't get any better
